Junior Accountant

Job Description:

  • Assist the accounting manager to perform routine accounting functions
  • Process accounts receivables and calculate monthly taxes and prepare tax filings
  • Prepare check requests and reconcile payroll as well as bank accounts
  • Coordinate with the company’s branch offices for tax filing and accounting purposes
  • Perform some human resource functions

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 0-3 years experience in Accounting, Taxation, Withholding Tax, and VAT
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Good command of the English Language

Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Scope of Work:

  • Project manager for admin & marketing tasks as requested by MD
  • Coordinate the daily operation with all sections of the firm.
  • Organizing client tracking, case files, and service reviews.
  • Organizing and attending meetings as and when necessary
  • Perform all-round secretarial duties including managing day-to-day correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings, inter-office correspondence, making travel arrangements for business trips, presentation & website materials preparation, company documentation, and filing
  • Dealing with correspondence and writing letters
  • Organizes, maintains, and updates a central filing system for easy retrieval of information
  • Welcoming and looking after visitors. Creating a good image and professionalism for the firm.
  • Manage business development projects
  • Work with team members, managers, and MD to assist in company operations
  • Other tasks as requested by MD

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as PA, admin, secretarial, or in a similar role.
  • Good computer literacy, speed, and accuracy are essential. (MS Office, Excel, Zoho CRM)
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English. Prefer a TOEIC score of 800 or higher
  • Flexible and mature approach with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Intelligent, confident, and easy-going personality
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Receptionist

Job Description:

  • Meet and greet clients of the firm
  • Handle telephone calls in English and Thai
  • Perform administrative duties including translation of documents
  • Working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm

Qualifications:

  • Thai local, female, between 25 to 35 years old
  • With pleasing personality
  • At least one year of work experience
  • Good command of the English Language
