Payment Policy

Fully prepayment is required at the time of booking to issue a confirmation letter by credit card via payment link or bank transfer and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund of the deposit is permitted to cancellation requested more than 14 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation requested 13-4 days prior to arrival to the hotel will be charged 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellation requested less than 3 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

Amendment Policy

• The arrival date can be changed at no cost if there are flight cancellations or a positive COVID-19 result prior to traveling to Thailand.
• If your chosen room type is not available on the amended dates, we will reimburse the difference.
