Samui Plus Sandbox Hotels

To be able to come to Koh Samui without quarantine, vaccinated tourists and returning travelers from abroad must book 2 types of Samui Sandbox hotels.

The first 7 nights need to be spent at one of Samui Extra Plus hotels that are approved by the government. After 7 nights, if the second test is negative, the travelers can transfer to any SHA+ hotel and travel freely in Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, or Koh Tao and stay for at least another 7 nights before they can travel to other parts of Thailand.

SHA+ Hotels are government-approved hotels that must be used for the stay in Koh Samui, Phangan, and Koh Tao after completing the 7-night stay at Samui Extra Plus hotels. After completing both your stay at Samui Extra Plus and SHA+ Hotels you are allowed to travel to other parts of Thailand.
