Children born in Thailand can only be able to obtain Thai nationality if one of the parents is Thai. Since both of you are foreigners, your daughter cannot be eligible to hold a Thai nationality. If one of the parents Thai however then there would be a difference. speak to attorney in Thailand if you have more questions about obtaining Thai nationality.

My mother was Thai And had me in America she is deceased now and don’t know if she got rid of her residency to come to America with my father. So would I have a Thai nationality?

If you are already an adult, it would be difficult to obtain your Thai nationality especially if you Thai parent is already deceased. If you below 20, there will be a chance in getting it.

Yes, you are qualified to apply for the Non Immigrant O visa for 90 days or you are also qualified for the tourist visa valid for 60 days.

The baby will not get Thai citizenship. However the infant will get an emergency travel document from your embassy here in Thailand so the baby can travel to your home country. As for your 60-day visa, it can be extended for 30days at the local immigration.
