my wife is a Thai National with US citizenship. When we were married 15 years ago we planned on retiring in Thailand. Now, we are at that point. Can we, what do we need to do?

Good day.
If your Thai wife will be entering using her Thai passport, you may also enter with the non immigrant O visa. This visa you can extend into a marriage visa or into a retirement visa whatever you prefer or whichever you qualify for.
