I have read that there is a waiting period for divorced person before one can remarry. I am recently divorced and would like to marry my Thai girlfriend.
The 310-day waiting period only applies for a female divorcee. In any case that she has recently divorced, a medical exam will be required before the registration to prove that she was not pregnant during the time of marriage. If she is pregnant then the marriage cannot be completed.
