Where to Find the Thailand Privilege App

The Thailand Privilege app is available for FREE on the Apple store app if you own either an iPhone or an iPad, or on the Google Play Store if you’re an Android user. To locate it, simply type “Thailand Privilege” in the search bar and follow the instructions to install the app. 

How to Register with the Thailand Privilege App

You’ll be asked to complete your registration the first time you open the app. While registration is mandatory for unlocking all features of the app, it’s free of charge and there is no subscription fee. To help you register, be sure you have your passport (the one you used when signing up for your Thailand Privilege membership) and your Thailand Privilege membership ID ready.

1. Upon tapping “register” on the home page, select your member type and fill out your personal details. However, if you have an account linked to either Google, Facebook, or Apple, you can click on the relevant icon at the top of the screen to register with that account, making the process a lot easier. 
2. You also need to input a new password, your passport number, and your membership ID before hitting the “Continue” button. 
3. You will then be taken to a page requesting a photo of yourself and to input a security PIN for safety measures. You will be asked to type your PIN each time you log in to keep your account secure and the photo will ensure that no one can use your account to steal privileges for themselves. 
4. Once you’re done, tap on “accept” to finalize your registration. 

How to Register Your Family with the App

A massive benefit of the app is that you can register any family members you’ve included in your Thailand Privilege membership with it by setting up additional cards for them. These function similarly to different profiles that you can access on the same device, allowing you to redeem perks and make bookings on their behalf. 

Unlocking Your Benefits with the Thailand Privilege App

You can use the app to track all privileges you’ve redeemed and find out how many privilege points you have. You can also use the app to look up all Thailand Privilege perks at your disposal. 

1. By tapping on the “Privileges” button on the home page, you can see all the available perks on offer. 
2. You can search for the privilege you want by choosing a specific category. 
3. Tap the “More details” button on your desired privilege for further information on the vendor that issues it.
4. Press the “Choose your redemption” button to be taken to the “Offers & Privileges” page, showing all the available privileges provided by that vendor. 

Booking an Appointment

Most vendors only issue privileges via an appointment. To avoid wait lists and delays, make sure to book in advance of the date you want to utilize that privilege: 

1. Tap “Redeem” on your desired perk on the “Offers & Privileges” page to get started. 
2. On the booking confirmation page, you can review important details such as how many points are needed and your current balance, and select which card the benefit will be applied to. If the vendor requires a payment, you’ll need to choose your payment method and enter the necessary details. 
3. Once you’re ready, tap the “Request to book” button. 

For some of these bookings, you’ll need to wait for confirmation from the vendor before you can progress, which usually only takes a few minutes. You can also press the “My booking” icon on the bottom of your screen and select “View all” to review, change, or cancel your reservation. 

Using the Thailand Privilege App to Claim Perks

When you’re at the vendor’s location on the day of your appointment, you will need to utilize the app again to claim the privilege. You can also claim privileges for any additional cards you’ve added by pressing on the drop-down box on the home or “My booking” page and selecting the card you want. To claim benefits using the app:

1. Open the “My booking” page and select the privilege you want to claim.
2. Tap the “Claim” button on that specific perk.
3. You’ll receive a QR code, which you need to show to the vendor for them to scan it. 
4. Check your SMS messages for the OTP verification and follow the on-screen instructions. Provide this code to the vendor. 
5. After confirming your identity, you’ll fully unlock the perk you want.
